MISSION: To eliminate the barriers between advertising agencies looking for talent and talent looking for work by providing a free online venue for professionals to showcase themselves online.

    Sorry if my question is answered elsewhere and I’m just too lazy to go find it, but when you say “showcase themselves online”, are you planning on making a way for creatives to build static viewable profiles (kindof like how other jobby sites do it), or are you planning to make things interactive (as in, ongoing creative challenges that keep the talent showcasing in addition to their profiles)?

    Hmm. I wonder if I’m making sense. I guess that means I wouldn’t “showcase” very well… darn.
