Bio: Born and raised in the Bostn area, I’m a true Masshole. Just without the accent… Thank God. 14 years in the biz. From Intern p the ladder to Associate Creative Director. I’ve worked on just about every kind of account, in every type of medium. Along the way I’ve managed a few insites. Here are just a few:
1. It’s harder to find a good account person than a good creative.
2. No matter how small the job is, you need a solid strategy.
3. Strong client relationships, build strong work.
4. Work that wins awards, but does not build the client’s brand, should not win awards.
5. No matter how talented a person is, there is never enough room for a big ego.

Need someone to save your a**?
I’ve worked at top shops where I’ve developed strong brand campaigns and winning pitches. If you need a freelancer, I come in at a moment’s notice, I stay as long as you need and disappear when the job is done. Need someone full-time? We can talk about that, too. Just know that in the end, because you’ve hired not just a strong art director, but a top-notch conceptual thinker, your business will stay a little more secure in these shaky times.
oops-since there was no preview feature on the above posting, my portfolio is at http://www.kristiroberts.com.

Portfolio: http://www.blakehadley.com
Email: blakehadley@mac.com
I’m a recent graduate from the Creative Advertising Program at BYU. There I was the chief creative director of the Ad Lab, the program’s student run agency. During this time I also worked as a graphic designer for an agency that specializes in dental marketing called Sum Media. After I graduated (last year) with a degree in advertising and graphic design, I spent the summer interning at both DDB New York, then Leo Burnett Chicago and had great experiences at both agencies. I also competed this last summer in an international competition for L’Oreal called L’Oreal Brandstorm. We competed first in New York, where we won “Best Creative Campaign” and “Best Overall Campaign”. L’Oreal then flew us to Paris to represent the United States. In Paris, we competed against 39 other countries and also won “Best Creative Campaign” and “Best Overall Campaign”. It was an amazing experience. I then returned to Utah (where I am from) for some personal reasons. I was hired on a temporary basis with an agency called Struck (struckcreative.com) in Salt Lake City where I worked as a Jr. Art Director/Graphic Designer.
Portfolio upon request.
I currently live in Buffalo, NY but am willing to relocate. I’m between jobs and freelancing as of now

Subtly tenacious. Curious in life and in personality. Will work ass off, staple it back on, and work some more. A senior client requested my ECD promote me. Got promoted. Vast & inexhaustible optimism. Like words almost as much as visuals. A tough, reticent CCO told me, “you made me look good”. Consistently get more compliments on my t-shirts than anyone in the office. A grateful CMO has sent me an actual hand written thank you note. Very excited about the future.
